About Us

The Conner Taylor Change4Conner Foundation is a KS non-profit corporation & a 501(c)(3) public charity created in 2016 in memory of Conner Taylor.  He was a highly respected student-athlete at Olathe Northwest High School and at Coffeyville Community College where he played baseball, was an honor roll student, & an academic All-American.  We are honoring his memories and his love for people.

Currently, we have committed to funding annual baseball scholarships which were a testament to Conner’s life.  These include:

  • Olathe Northwest High School Baseball ~ The Conner Taylor Raven Award & $2,000 Scholarship
  • Coffeyville Community College Baseball ~ The Conner Taylor Memorial Award & $2,000 Scholarship
  • Baldwin City Blues Collegiate Baseball Club ~ The Conner Taylor Man of the Year Award & $2,000 Scholarship
  • Mid-Plains Collegiate Baseball League ~ The Conner Taylor Pitcher of the Year Award & $2,000 Scholarship
  • Natural Baseball Academy ~ The Conner Taylor Character & Leadership Award & $2,000 Scholarship

Additionally, we actively support the following local and national organizations:

  • American Foundation for Suicide Prevention
  • Johnson County Mental Health
  • National Alliance on Mental Illness
  • Sources of Strength – Olathe School District
  • Meadow Lane Elementary School’s Kid Fit Club
  • Other mental health educational organizations

We will continue to expand our reach as we continue to grow and find opportunities to share and make a positive difference in the lives of others.
