The Conner Taylor Change 4 Conner Foundation is a KS non-profit corporation & a 501(c)(3) public charity created in 2016 in memory of Conner Taylor.  He was a highly respected student-athlete at Olathe Northwest High School and at Coffeyville Community College where he played baseball and was an honor roll student.  We are honoring his memories and his love for people.

Currently, we have committed to funding annual baseball scholarships which were a testament to Conner’s life. These include:

• Olathe Northwest High School Baseball ~ The Conner Taylor Raven Award & $2,000 Scholarship
• Coffeyville Community College Baseball ~ The Conner Taylor Memorial Award & $2,000 Scholarship
• Baldwin City Blues Collegiate Baseball Club ~ The Conner Taylor Man of the Year Award & $2,000 Scholarship
• Mid-Plains Collegiate Baseball League ~ The Conner Taylor Pitcher of the Year Award & $2,000 Scholarship
• Natural Baseball Academy ~ The Conner Taylor Character & Leadership Award & $2,000 Scholarship

Additionally, we actively support the following local and national organizations:

• Johnson County Mental Heath
• National Alliance on Mental Illness
• Sources of Strength – Olathe School District
• Meadow Lane Elementary School’s Kid Fit Club
• Other mental health educational organizations

We will continue to expand our reach as we continue to grow and find opportunities to share and make a positive difference in the lives of others.
